<image:title>Testimonials - Baby Zoe at 1 year</image:title>
<image:caption>We couldn't have gotten here without y'all and when we reflect back on this year it starts with our team of midwives, Rivky, Carla and Francine who brought us into parenthood with such compassion, grace and generosity of spirit. Your professionalism, expertise and overall care was much more than we could've ever hoped for. Any chance I get I sing your praises and generally the experience of entering motherhood with a team of midwives. It is invaluable. I will never forget how much you advocated for me to have that immediate skin time after my c-section birth. I hope other mother's have benefitted from that experience. I know Rivky was going to push for it. The reassurance you gave in those early days was so very appreciated and really helped us feel confident on this path of parenthood. Thank you so much for all that you do! Sean, Tamara & Zoe</image:caption>

<image:caption>To the wonderful Christi and all the fabulous ladies who played a part in little Caleb's journey: Anne, Sojourner, Rivky, Carla, Pina and Teri -- THANK YOU for delivering such outstanding care throughout the entire pregnancy to a smooth delivery and beyond. We were in such good hands all the way through. I'm so thankful both my kids were delivered by Uptown midwives! Sorry I don't plan on having any more children to be a client again but will be sure to visit on the wellness side! Warm hugs – Gladys & David, with Alison and little Caleb</image:caption>

<image:caption>Your clinic and all your midwives are absolutely amazing, both me and my husband are incredibly pleased with your care and professionalism. Once I have more time I will be leaving your clinic a 5-star review on google. If there is anything else I can do to promote you please let me know. <image:caption>NADIA BONALDI, RMT I have been fond of the world of wellness for as long as I can remember. This passion to help others led me to enrol myself in the Massage Therapy Program at Kikkawa College. In 1999, I became a Registered Massage Therapist through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In 2012, I completed my teacher training as a Hatha Yoga instructor in Rome, Italy. I am skilled in Relaxation techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal and Postpartum massage, Facial Lymph Drainage, Aromatherapy and Subtle-Energy Therapy. I am able to provide clients a therapeutic touch, getting deeper into the muscle tissue, as needed, but also giving them a strong sense of relaxation. I believe we all contain the innate ability to heal. I use an intuitive, yet clinical approach to address both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering clients toward a healthy state of balance. During my time off I enjoy organizing outings in the city with my husband and two children, practicing Yoga and unwinding with a good book.</image:caption>
